Our vision
To live in a world where Aboriginal knowledge and culture is valued.
Our mission
To care for Country and provide meaningful work that empowers the next generation.
Founded in 2021 by Roman Deguchi and Matt Coe, Wildflower's mission is to end the cycle of disadvantage people face through sustainable employment.
Together, Roman and Matt through lived experience have founded Wildflower Garden for Good to change the game and provide opportunities for disadvantaged young people, especially in the Indigenous community.
