PAST PROJECTS
1
Gadigal centre
Wildflower is a proud Aboriginal organisation. We provide breakfast and a team meeting every morning to welfare check and engage our workforce. For new starters, this is where they begin to feel a sense of belonging.

2
Sydney airport
A collaborative project from the outset, designed for both ecological and social outcomes. Our presence throughout the entire design, construction and care process, to this day is a distinctive and powerful element of this project. It is one that has not only allowed us to grow but has also set a new benchmark for Indigenous engagement within the landscape industry of Sydney, recently receiving an award in the Infrastructure category at this year's NSW AILA Awards.
3
EDUCATION
Wildflower offers educational opportunities to ensure our people reach their potential. Our opportunities include traineeships and full qualifications for: Certificate II in Conservation and Ecosystem Management Certificate III in Indigenous Land Management.

4
IT TAKES A VILLAGE
Wildflower has partnered with a number of suppliers and organisations that help our employees achieve their personal goals and support them financially.
These include: TafeEora, Walan Miya Vocational Training Provider, Tribal Warrior, Jiwah and Ademus Business Solutions.
5
HEALTHY MIND AND BODY
We promote healthy bodies through our breakfast program, provide boxing classes and the work we do draws on therapeutic horticultural fundamentals. We also partner with a nutritionist who shares ideas around healthy and affordable eating to nourish young minds and bodies.

6
FINANCIAL FREEDOM
We provide access to financial education and support so our people have financial outcomes that result in less debt and a higher quality of life. Our aim is to break systemic cycles and create generational prosperity for our people.
7
PAY IT FORWARD
For the mentors amongst us, we partner with Eora Tafe to provide: Statement of Attainment in Mentoring Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander People.
With the experience and skills they have acquired in life and at Wildflower, we know our people have much to share with their community.

Wildflower acknowledges the Traditional Custodians upon whose ancestral lands we live and work. We pay respect to their Elders, past, present and emerging, and acknowledge the continuing connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have to the land, sea, and community.
